The Pirate Captain is the taciturn master of the Pirate Ship that is docked at the pier in the Harbor. He can be found on the poop deck of the pirate ship.
Scarlett can approach the pirate captain at any time; however, he won't have anything interesting to say to her. She can't negotiate with him directly. Once Scarlett has been poisoned and desperately needs to get to Africa, she will find the unreliable rogue Tusker on the foredeck of the pirate ship. He can arrange passage with the pirate captain for her (assuming she doesn't kill him first.) Akbah will join the crew to provide directions to the Juma Tribal Lands.
