Scarlett has only to speak to Yngvar to be asked this favor.
The Quest[]
Yngvar asks Scarlett to deliver a letter to the Order of the Holy Seal in Venice.
Fulfilling the Quest[]
Scarlett is going to Venice anyway. Once she completes the The Injured Fisherman quest, she will be on her way.
After exiting the Water Gateway, Scarlett will be in Venice's Outer City. From there, she can cross north through the marketplace to the Order of the Holy Seal, step inside, and deliver the letter to Rangar in the courtyard. There's no rush to complete this; as she heads to the Backstreets to look for Nox, she will walk right past the Order guildhall.
This quest is optional. Scarlett doesn't need to accept it or complete it in order to achieve victory in her primary goal of defeating the Undead Archon. However, she will almost certainly want to meet Rangar at the Order of the Holy Seal, anyway. Not only can he give her information about joining that guild, he can offer combat practice and Training in Physical Skills (in particular, he can teach Scarlett to use Weapons Mastery to perform Combinations in combat to inflict more damage on her enemies).

Add 200 points to Experience. No change to Reputation.
